All items can be returned within two weeks after receipt of goods. Punctual dispatch of a written cancellation (letter/email) or a punctual cancellation per telephone will suffice. In every case, the return is at the customer's expense and risk. Not prepaid shipping will not be accepted. Return shipments that were sent after the expiry of the 14-day return period to us, an additional handling fee of EUR 5.00 will be charged.
Please note that we can accept only original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items as return.
Original sealed packaging must not have been damaged or opened.
Please inform us of the returned product in advance by e-mail to email@example.com.
Please put a copy of the invoice or the delivery note with the return of the goods. We kindly ask you to mark the returned goods on the enclosed invoice or delivery note.
The postage costs for returned goods has to be paid by the customer. Unpaid prepaid returns will be invoiced and has to be paid by the customer. The fee for unpaid returns is EUR 10,00 within Austria. Unpaid returns from other countries will be billed according to the tariff of Österreichische Post AG.
In case of exchange, we will accept the new shipping costs within Austria (does not apply to foreign orders). The return must be done at your expense in any case as we do not accept unpaid returns.
We will endeavor to refund the already paid purchase price as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days. This period begins with the receipt of returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable.
