Prices

The prices listed on the internet shop or on other current advertising media are gross prices inclusive sales tax and exclusive shipping costs.

Postage and Packing Costs

We take a large part of the cost of environmentally friendly packaging and reliable delivery of the goods. The share of postage and packaging for the customers in Austria the amount of EUR 4.90 and within EU the amount of EUR 9.90. We offer free delivery for all Austrian orders over EUR 70. There is also the possibility of a free collection in 1120 Vienna, Schönbrunnerstraße 275. Further information about shipping can be found here.

Payment

Depending on the type of ordering and your residence there are the following payment methods available:

• Payment via bank direct debit transfer system (recommended)
• Bank transfer in advance
• Paypal plus 2% fee
• Cash on collection in our store in 1120 Vienna, Schönbrunnerstr. 275
• Western Union (only for non-EU orders)
• Gift coupons of zahraa.at

Retention of Title

The ordered goods remain our property until the full payment was received.

Delivery Time

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. In general we ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, and at the latest within 5 working days. If exceptionally there would be a delay you will be informed thereover.

Transport Damages

In your own interest you should examine the consignmet on delivery for any goods damages. This also applies if the packaging is undamaged. If you suspect damage in transit please show it off immediately to the deliverer. If necessary, refuse the delivery!

Returns

All items can be returned within two weeks after receipt of goods. Punctual dispatch of a written cancellation (letter / email) or a punctual cancellation per telephone will suffice. In every case, the return is at the customer's expense and risk. Not prepaid shipping will not be accepted. Return shipments that were sent after the expiry of the 14-day return period to us, an additional handling fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged.

The postage costs for returned goods has to be paid by the customer. Unpaid prepaid returns will be invoiced and has to be paid by the customer. The fee for unpaid returns is EUR 10,00 within Austria. Unpaid returns from other countries will be billed according to the tariff of Österreichische Post AG.

In case of exchange, we will accept the new shipping costs within Austria (does not apply to foreign orders). The return must be done at your expense in any case as we do not accept unpaid returns.

Please note that we can accept only original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items as return. Original sealed packaging must not have been damaged or opened.

Please inform us of the returned product in advance by e-mail to zahraashop@hotmail.com.

Please put a copy of the invoice or the delivery note with the return of the goods. We kindly ask you to mark the returned goods on the enclosed invoice or delivery note.

We will endeavor to refund the already paid purchase price as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days. This period begins with the receipt of returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

The returned goods may also be returned personally in our shop during our opening times.

Warranty

The statutory warranty is applied. Claims for further damages and expenses are excluded.

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract without specification of any reason within two weeks after receipt of the ordered goods.

Timely dispatch of the cancellation in written form (by letter or e-mail) or a cancellation per telephone will suffice. In any case, the return is at the customer's expense and risk.

Consequences of Returns

In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits necessary and useful expenses of the buyer on the purchase item and any benefits derived are to be returned to replace (for example, benefits of use). With a reduction in the fair market value of the cause, compensation may be required. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Payment Refund

Obligations for refunding of payments already made must be fulfilled within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. The period of 14 days begins with the receipt of returned goods.
