Sizing Information

In ZAHRAA Online Shop there are a number of international products. In some countries different size designations are used and do not correspond with the standard German and Austrian sizes. In our online shop all international sizes are converted to the standard German clothing sizes. For this reason, it may happen, that on the delivered product other size is written, as you ordered. Normally it does not involve an error, but we used the German sizing system and shipped the corresponding size.

As soon as we receive the calendar, we will contact you immediately.

Please check your cantact information twice so that we can reach you, should you not be available or your contact details are incorrect, we will delete your reservation.

If we contact you, you have 3 days to pick up your reservation from us or to order it online.

After the 3 days the reservation will be cancelled and we can not garantie enough stok.
